All our third-party vouchers and deals are for new customers only. You will not be able to add more than one voucher to your account from any third party. All our packages and deals are all non-refundable and not available for exchange or transfer, they are also not permitted in conjunction with any other offers or deals. All vouchers, deals and packages must be used before the expiry date or they will become invalid and not eligible for refund. Should you ‘Late Cancel’ or ‘No Show’ to a class the class will still be taken from you account. If want the credit back on your account this can be done however you must pay a £4.50 charge and request the credit back in writing within 7 days of the session to info@thelondondancecompany.com. Our cancellation window closes 24 hours prior to the start time of the session you are book into. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the session starting then the class credit used to reserve your space can not be returned to your account.

If you ‘No Show’ to any session without late cancellation three times in any one consecutive month your account will be frozen for 7 day and you will be unable to book or attend sessions. No exceptions for unlimited members. To avoid this ensure that you ‘Early/Late Cancel’ your booking.

The London Dance Company will not accept responsibility for clients arriving at the incorrect venue and this will be classes ad a ‘no show’. We kindly advise you to take careful not of every location of the classes you attend. They are found listed under ‘Room’ and in the class name located on out schedule page. 

You partake in sessions with The London Dance Company at your own risk in accordance with the liability wiever. Instructors and/or the company are not liable for and injury caused during sessions. In purchasing and attending sessions you agree to not hold The London Dance Company or it’s instructors responsible for any injury or other misfortune sustained while attending services.

In rare circumstances, if the venue cannot accommodate the class/event for what ever reason, we may need to reschedule or cancel the class/event. As much notice as possible will be given to customers. All cancellations of this kind will be credited back to your account only. During the festive season or schedule may be subject to change at any point.

The London Dance Company reserve the right to edit the schedule without notice, as much as possible will be given.

When The London Dance Company offers a free class for you to trial you are welcome to attend for free however should you sign up to a free class and no show or late cancel a £5 charge will be added to your account and you will not be able to attend sessions until this is settled. No exceptions for unlimited members. At free sessions The London Dance Company WILL film and take photos of the instructor and the class for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be part of the recordings please do not attend or inform a member of staff at the beginning of the session. By attending and not informing a member of staff, you give TLDC permission to do so.

Third party vouchers and bookings are at the responsibility of the Third Party. The London Dance Company can not refund or reverse charges for misleading information provided by third parties. We advise you always check our Schedule on our website.

Introductory Offers

Our introductory offers welcome everyone to The London Dance Company. These offers are limited to one per customer. If you purchase more than one by any method and you are seen to do so, The London Dance Company reserves the right to suspend your account until you purchase the out standing fee of the full pricing option. Introductory offers, like all pricing options are non-refundable. If you have joined us via third party or refer a friend you are not classified as a new customer and are not eligible for these deals.
